Highway 150 extends from west to east at I-77 Exit 36 in Mooresville, NC. As one of the few arteries that cross the massive Lake Norman, it has become a developers dream with increased traffic counts, burgeoning subdivisions, and a rapidly growing retail base. Where farms once stood, shopping centers and restaurants are sprouting to support the influx of immigrants. BOYLE was contracted to provide environmental assessments, asbestos surveys, geotechnical investigations and testing/monitoring of earthwork and retaining wall construction. Also, BOYLE provided a review of out parcel buyer earthwork specifications to avoid potential disputes related to build site suitability. With our ground effort completed, BOYLE continues to provide independent aerial photographic documentation for our client of the ongoing building construction being performed by others.
