BOYLE was contracted to assist with quality assurance in reviewing another engineering firm’s earthwork testing effort as well as performing footing inspections for each of the 3,000 homes planned. BOYLE also routinely monitors the construction through the use of aerial photographic documentation to stay “on top of” the massive construction effort.
