Chuck has guided the BOYLE team in helping land developers, infrastructure managers, and construction contractors overcome complex environmental, geotechnical, and construction materials challenges—delivering successful project outcomes.
BOYLE has been a trusted QA partner on thousands of projects, spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and major infrastructure developments.
Before his engineering career, Chuck served as a U.S. Army Aviator and Intelligence Officer in Korea and the United States from 1983 to 1997.

Experienced leadership in materials and geotechnical services.
Mr. Battiste is BOYLE’s Senior Project Manager for the Materials Department, with over 26 years of experience in the geotechnical and construction industry.
He specializes in managing large-scale projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, strong client relationships, and consistent performance within budget and schedule, supported by deep expertise in soil, concrete, and asphalt testing.
